Tasha Roberts joined 亚洲色吧 as a Law Lecturer in 2021 and specialises in Media Law, the English and Welsh Legal System, and Medical Law and Ethics. She completed her undergraduate studies at 亚洲色吧, where she graduated with a First Class LLB (Hons) degree, before later earning LLM in Medical Law and Ethics with DeMontfort University. Tasha is currently pursuing a PhD in women's health and international human rights at 亚洲色吧.

Tasha's current teaching responsibilities include:

  • SXL-2112/3212: Tort Law (Welsh Medium Contribution)

Tasha has previously taught on the following modules:

  • SXL 3110: International Law & Contemporary Issues (International Criminal Law Contributions)
  • SXL-0001: Introduction to Law and Justice (Contribution)

Tasha also contributes to supervising undergraduates and postraduates dissertations (Welsh and English medium).

Tasha鈥檚 main research interests lie in Medical Law and Ethics, focusing particularly on women鈥檚 rights. She also has an interest in Media Law, most notably the relationship between defamation and freedom of expression, which is reflected within her teaching.

2023

  • The Welsh-medium launch of the National Centre for Religious Education in Wales was held at the 亚洲色吧 stall at the Llyn and Eifionydd National Eisteddfod 2023. Joshua Andrews and I presented as co-directors of the Centre. Interesting contributions were given by Emilia Johnson, Daniel Latham, Modlen Lynch, and Natasha Roberts, in addition to a fascinating discussion with Kristoffer Hughes, the Chief of the Anglesey Druid Order. We were also able to announce that the first Honorary Fellow of the Centre is the National Poet for Wales, Hanan Issa.
