This was an event delivered by CDT students. Everyone provided their part for the success of the event such; planning, goods, advertising, posters, tee shirts, give-aways and teaching the public on nuclear etc. It was undertaken on the 29th March 2025 at Engineering Department, Cambridge University. Public engagement is one of many ways in which to share expertise, knowledge gained, resources and collections to both inform and inspire those interacted with, whilst creating opportunities for experts beyond academia to collaborate on research.

This event was setup in the UG Electronics lab and started at 10:00-16:00, on Saturday the 23rd of November. There was a set up in the electronic lab for the following demos:

Control rods and reactor temperature.
Robotic arm waste barrel grab.
