Researcher Wellbeing Cymru (RWC)
Researcher Wellbeing Cymru (RWC) is an open access digital platform providing a toolkit of resources to help support Doctoral study. Made with Doctoral researchers for Doctoral researchers, RWC has over 130 bespoke online resources (examples include working with your supervisors, managing your time, and keeping motivated); student stories, tips and ‘day in the life’ videos and a resident blog. For those studying in Welsh Universities there are opportunities to join community groups and a regular ‘sit down and write’ session. RWC can help you navigate your doctoral journey, become more resilient and identify beneficial ways of working.
Art Therapy
ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É's Student Support and Wellbeing Service offers art therapy sessions to support the emotional and psychological needs of students. Art therapy, a type of psychotherapy, offers emotional and psychological support during the most difficult periods of life. Working with a qualified art therapist helps people use art materials, discover the creative process and support them as they explore their thoughts and feelings through the images they create.
